American Rolloff offers a complete line of single axle rolloff
hoists entitled the ARS-series. Units can be custom designed to fit
your Ford Truck, home improvement, roofing and demolition requirements.
The ARS units are available in 20K-lb. capacity - great for 25,000
G.V.W. truck and 30K-lb. capacity for 33,000 G.V.W. trucks. We feature
containers lengths from 12-ft to 24-ft.
American Roll-Off -- ARS Series
- Custom products, we can build a frame to suit your needs. We can build
any hoist length, cylinder configuration, or make a special frame for an
existing chassis all at a competitive price.
- Removable and replaceable cylinder pins vs. the competitions permanently
welded in place!
- Our 30,000 lb. capacity ARS hoist features an 8" x 4" x 3/8"
main frame and 4" x 3" x 1/4" subframe. Our hinge is welded
directly to your chassis giving your frame added strength.
- High strength materials - high carbon 1045, A572, or A588 steel in
our pins, hinge and rollers give you added life on many parts. Our aluminum
bronze sheave bushings are 67% stronger then standard bronze.
- Our cylinders come with a 3-year cylinder workmanship warranty, and
all chromed rods for added life. Reeving cylinders are protected with 1/2"
track covers. Tandem axle or lift axle capable configurations are available.
- Fenders that stay on your truck: sturdy brackets and bolt on fenders
give you a fender which is easy to maintain, select from steel, aluminum
or plastic.
- Tanks - all our tanks have an in-line suction strainer and a return
filter to protect the pump plus a shut off valve. A 25-gallon tank is standard.
The tank is hung from the sides using 1/2" brackets for added support.
- The largest pump in the industry - a P-30 with a 2" gear coupled
with a 2 bank COMMERCIAL VA20 rated at 40 GPM with a 2" suction line
to allow free oil flow. A direct marriage pump with the PTO is standard.
- All our hydraulic components are from the major manufacturers, DANA,
GRESEN, COMMERCIAL SHEARING, and HYCO. You can get your replacement parts
anywhere.
